What's Actually In A Furniture Package, And What You Can Leave Out

"Furniture package" can sound like a package deal you either take whole or skip entirely, like a cable bundle you're paying for channels you'll never watch. That's not how ours work. A package is really just a starting list built around a common situation, and you're free to take out anything you don't need or add pieces the base list doesn't cover.

What's actually in the BASIC package

Our BASIC package is built for a tight budget, and here's exactly what's in it:

• Sofa
• Coffee table
• One end table with lamp
• Dinette table with two chairs, or two bar stools
• Chest
• Queen headboard
• Nightstand with lamp
• Brooklawn pillow top mattress

That covers a living room, a place to eat, and a bedroom in one list. It's a genuinely complete starting point for someone moving into an empty apartment with nothing.

Why you'd leave something out

Say you're moving in with a partner who already has a dining table, or you're bringing your own mattress and just need the bedroom furniture around it. You don't have to take the whole list to work with us. Tell us what you already have and we'll build around it. We rent individual pieces just as easily as full packages, whether that's a single sofa or a coordinated living room, bedroom, dining, or home office setup.

What packages exist beyond the basics

Beyond the BASIC package, we also put together furniture and housewares packages, dining sets, bedroom furniture, and kitchen essentials, which tend to be popular with corporate housing situations and families in transition. And if electronics are part of what you need set up, we handle entertainment setups alongside the furniture, not as a separate errand.

What we don't skimp on regardless of what you pick

Whatever combination you land on, delivery, setup, disassembly, and pickup are all included in one fee. That's true whether you take the full BASIC package or a single dinette set. And we carry what we'd call the largest selection of quality bedding in the industry, so the mattress and linens side of a package is never an afterthought.
