Why used does not mean worn

Our furniture stages houses. It does not live in them.

Most places that sell used furniture are selling furniture that was used. Somebody ate on it, slept on it, put their feet on it for four years and then moved. That is the honest deal, and the price reflects it.

Ours is different by construction. We buy new, and the only work it ever does is standing in a property that is being sold or shown. It gets looked at rather than lived on. When it comes back we monitor its condition, inspect it before it is offered, and have it professionally cleaned and sanitised.

So when you see a rental return in our clearance centre at half the retail price, nothing has been hidden from you. The discount is the mileage it never did.

It gets bought new

Every line starts as new stock. Wimbleton sofas, loveseats, cuddle chairs and accent chairs come in the way you would find them on a showroom floor, because that is where they are going.

Tanner Creek

It stages a house

The Tanner Creek drop leaf seats two to four, the dining table four to six. They go into a property that somebody is selling, get photographed, get walked past, and get looked at. Nobody eats a year of dinners on them.

It comes back and gets checked

The Driftwood bedroom set returns as a dresser, mirror, headboard, nightstand and chest. Every piece is monitored while it is out, inspected on the way back in, then professionally cleaned and sanitised.

A Caladeron sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman either heads to the next rental or lands in the clearance centre. Same furniture, second life, a fraction of the retail price.

Take a single sofa or a whole house. Individual pieces or coordinated packages, delivered, built and arranged, then collected when you are done. One fee covers all of it.

For a work assignment, a lease with an end date, a house being repaired, or a stay that was never meant to be permanent. You set the duration and we fit the term around it.

Our public clearance centre carries rental returns at 50 to 70 percent off retail, alongside new pieces. Because the fleet only ever staged houses, used here does not mean worn.

Empty rooms photograph badly and show worse. We furnish properties for listing so the space reads warm, intentional and lived-in without anybody having to live in it.

A room needs more than a couch and a bed to feel finished. Packages bring dining, bedroom, kitchen essentials and electronics together so a place is ready to live in on day one.

We deliver and set everything up at a time that suits you. When the rental is over we come back, take it apart and take it away. All of that sits inside one fee.

Open to the public, and the stock turns over constantly.

Rental returns come in, get checked and cleaned, and go straight onto the floor at 50 to 70 percent off retail. The selection changes as the fleet cycles, so what is here this week is not what was here last week. Take it home the same day, or use layaway or our no-credit-check financing.

No. You set the duration. People take furniture for a few weeks while a house is being repaired, for a semester, for a work assignment, or on a longer lease. Tell us roughly how long you need it and we will fit a term around that.

Delivery, setup, disassembly and pickup are all covered by one fee. We bring it in, put it together, arrange it, and at the end of the rental we come back and take it away.

Yes. We sell new and used furniture at the showroom, and our clearance centre carries rental returns at 50 to 70 percent off retail. Plenty of people rent a bed and then ask to buy it at the end. We say yes to that.

We offer no-credit-check financing and layaway alongside our rent to own option, so there is more than one route to taking something home.

Yes. We rent housewares and electronics as well, so a place can be genuinely ready to live in rather than just furnished. We also carry a large selection of bedding.
