iFurnishings is locally owned and operated in Indianapolis, covering the state of Indiana since 2003. It is a family run business, Scott is the owner, and customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 across 44 Google reviews. What sets the inventory apart is not the brand names, it is where every piece has been before it ever reaches you: a staged house, never a lived-in one.
How the inventory works
Where the stock actually comes from.
Every piece is bought new and put to work staging houses that are for sale, never placed into someone's own home. It gets looked at, photographed and shown, not lived on. That is the entire reason a rental return here still looks close to new, and it is why the clearance centre can sell those returns at 50 to 70 percent off retail without anybody getting a worn-out deal.

Regular monitoring
Every piece is monitored for condition while it is out on rental, so nothing quietly wears past the point of being sellable.

Thorough inspection
Before anything is offered for sale, it is inspected. If it does not hold up, it does not go on the floor.

What passes inspection is professionally cleaned and sanitised, so it is ready to use the day it leaves here.

Scott is the owner, and he is the name customers mention most in their reviews, usually for helping them settle on pieces and making sure everything would actually fit before it went out the door.
