For realtors and sellers

Empty rooms do not sell themselves.

We furnish properties before they go on the market so the space photographs well and reads like somewhere a buyer could live, not somewhere they have to imagine living.

Why we are built for this, literally

Home staging is not a side line for us, it is the reason the inventory looks the way it does. Every piece in the building started here, bought new and placed into a property being listed, never handed straight to a tenant first. So when we furnish a house for a realtor, homeowner or investor, we are doing the exact job the whole fleet was built around, not adapting a rental catalogue to a new use.

Who calls us for this

Realtors preparing a listing, homeowners selling on their own, and investors turning a property over between tenants. We deliver, arrange and set up, then collect everything once the property sells or the listing period ends.

What an empty room costs you

A photographed room needs furniture in it.

A bare living room photographs as a box, not a place someone would want to sit down in. Buyers scrolling a listing need something in the frame to give the room scale and a sense of use, and a walkthrough is the same problem in person. We arrange full rooms, not a couch dropped in the middle of an empty floor, so the space reads finished the first time anyone sees it.

When ours fell through unexpectedly

A short-term need, handled without friction.

“I went on the search for furniture to rent until ours could be delivered. He was very friendly, professional, and communication was great! His son is on the delivery team, and he was also very friendly and nice. The furniture was in good condition and met our needs for the short-term!”
